Here are some common questions about our company.

Booking an appointment is very easy. Here are the three steps to book. 

  1.  go to the service page and click any book button
  2. Once you press the button it will take you to another website. On that website click any green highlighted box. ( any grey boxes are either booked or the date has passed ).
  3. Once you pick a time and date it will ask you to login. If you don't have a login, there will be a tiny button that will say register. Register an account and book your appointment. Once you confirm you booking the box will turn yellow. 

To cancel an appointment, please email or come to me in person  to cancel the appointment. An appointment can not be cancled form the customers side. 

Simply go to the contact page where you will find two emails. Only use the email with (PDSB) if you also have a (PDSB ) email. If you have a personal email please use the email that end with ( Gmail.com ). 

If there is a services that you need but we don't offer, please email me the service that is required and I can check if I can provide the service.
